All Strung Out

The Tale:

shortly before a recent performance with my high school dance band I realised that one of my bass guitar strings had actually snapped while in the back of me 'chevy. I was sent into a blind panic before a remembered some advice given to me by my old teacher - always carry a spare set!I also remembered that I had heeded this advice, thank the lord. I changed the string, and was all tuned up and ready to play on time - I had 'saved the last dance'! phew!
