I think the shouldnt regulate what Isnt theres.
the Web is a place inwich all countries are connected and
none of them should have any control becase if they dont
like it they have no reason to go on. and when clinton
signed the bill that REGULATED certain material on the
internet hes Walking all over The constituion..
